SHHHH, Pepsi Center.

"Adrian Dantley must be scared of Kenyon Martin. There's no other reason he's still in the game." - Jeff Hornaceck during game 3.
The Denver Nuggets will do one of two things tonight; Roll over and die or bring everything they got and give it tonight. Either way I think the Jazz take it tonight!
Here is why:
1- Carlos has been pretty quiet. When the series started he was coming back from a bad abdominal pull and wasn't really "comfortable" playing full speed. David Locke even said at one point that he was "literally playing with one arm". He has slowly returned to playing speed, and finished pretty well on Friday. And after seeing what Milsap did to the Nugget front court on Friday, 22 Pts, 19 Reb, 3 Ast, 2 Stl, I fully expect Carlos to figure it out and put up some bigger numbers.
2- Sloan vs. Dantley- Whether your a Sloan fan or not, He has figured out A.D.! Check mate! That chess match is over. A.D. seems to start off calm, but when he gets down, he makes long shot choices. He subs Billups in and out and back in in like a 4 min time frame late in the third. He leaves K Mart in (see Horny's quote above) even after he looks exhausted and the Jazz big men (Milsap) out maneuver him twice as he just seems slow. I truly believe this may be one of the biggest factors in this series. Dantly just is not ready for a PLAYOFF type of race. This is old hat for Sloan.

*Wishing you the best George Karl. The NBA is a better league with you in it.

3- HOME COURT! This is huge. Everyone knows the background of how the Jazz play at home, and the fans KNOW they are a part of that! I have had the opportunity to be in the ESA during a tight playoff battle (I saw Jordan the Jazz killer, and the sweep of L.A.!) and it can get surreal. It Truly is deafening! It gets so loud all you can do is breathe, and let your heart beat. It will play a factor tonight.

This is he playoffs! The most exciting time in the league. The Jazz can do something big tonight. They can step on the nuggets throat! Take it back to silent and shocked Pepsi Center!
Go Jazz! Were dancin' on the Piano!

The Jazz MUST CONTAIN CARMELLO! That is the key to this win on the Defensive side. When I say contain I mean less than 25 points. No one can shut him down, he is just to powerful. On the Offensive side we need Boozer to give us a full 48 min. and perform to the top of his capabilities. We were lucky with Millsap in game 3 and cannot count on numbers like that every game from him. Deron wanted more Sunday games instead of so many back to backs during the regular season. Your wish is now granted and the stage is yours. Show us what ya got young fella!

Adrian Dantley makes a HUGE mistake: just sat melo and Anderson at the same time while they are the only two doing anything!
